The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Backed by the old presbytery of the village, the house was already there before the French Revolution. It has been completely redone in the past years (floors, roof, electricity, plumbing, windows...). The atmosphere of the house is very authentic. Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.

Ideal for people who like beautiful authentic things, this accommodation has a resolutely unique style.
