Renovated, bright cottage with very nice balcony/terrace. Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area (mezzanine not closed and not secure for children!) Wood-burning stove, no Wi-Fi, 4G network. Living room with pool table! At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

Enjoying a great location, a few meters from the Lavalette nautical base, playground for children and many hiking/mountain biking trails close to the chalet. In order to enjoy our beautiful region even more and the summer temperatures, the cottage "Les Berges du Lac" is equipped with a swimming pool! This will be implemented for the 2025 summer period.

My dog Joey and I really had a great vacation here! A slice of heaven on earth! The cottage, the garden, the surroundings and Cécile are fantastic! From day 1 already completely at ease and very much relaxed here. Beautiful walks are allowed! Also where the dog can run loose. The cottage and garden are neat and clean and spacious. We spent three days in this small country house. The place is isolated from noise and close to a forest. It's great for recharging and enjoying nature. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and close to nice places to discover. There's even a wood-burning stove for those who feel the cold. I would recommend it!

We had a great time in this house in the heart of the forest! The place is really peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. You feel good right away, the spaces are very pleasant and we would have really liked to extend our getaway a little longer. Small clarification for future guests: the access road is a little bumpy, so a suitable car is preferable and plan for water packs! In any case, a big thank you for this little piece of heaven!
