Maison de village en pierres située à 10km de Bugarach et 17 km de Quillan. Au coeur des châteaux cathares, 20 km de Rennes les bains, nombreuses randonnées. A 1h des plages, 2h de l'Andorre et d'Espagne. Au rez de chaussée,une entrée spacieuse(vélos possibles), puis salle de bains avec douche. Au premier étage cuisine, et au deuxième une chambre avec cabinet de toilette et WC. Le tout entièrement rénové avec soin en utilisant des matériaux naturels et en préservant un style rustique.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ideal for solo or duo, our accommodation being independent of our home and offering: double bed, kitchenette, dining/living area, bathroom, toilet, all private. Plenty of cafes and bars can be found in the square and there is a twice weekly market on a Wednesday and Saturday where you can buy fresh produce. Quillan is a great base to explore the mystery and legend of Aude Cathar Country, with its hillside vineyards and Pyrenean peaks the perfect backdrop.

Grenache le corsé mordoré qualified at 4 Named after the very popular grape variety, of which delicious red wine is made in our region. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin.
