This architect-designed cottage is in Ulvotuis, Soini. Here, time slows down and the mind rests. The heated area is about 30 m², the sauna's IKI stove gives soft steam. Accommodation for four, as well as a sofa bed, plenty of terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and the dry toilet is warm and odorless. Equipment includes Cardinal grill, smoker, barrel, boat and paddle board. Firewood is included, electricity and drinking water are available. A cozy cottage built in 2019, which comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake scenery. One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), the other has 2 double beds (140 cm) as a bunk bed. The cottage has a shower and a water toilet. The beach terrace has a small canopy, a gas grill and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, there is a bathtub and a terrace, where the evening sun shines beautifully. The beach is shallow and also suitable for children. The plot is quiet and protected by trees from neighbors. No pets.

Welcome to a cozy fully renovated log cabin on the shore of Lappajärvi! The cottage has comfortable accommodations for eight people and three separate bedrooms for a pleasant night's sleep. The living room also has a sofa bed, and the cottage has a crib and high chair for our smallest guests. There is also an opportunity for multiplication in the sauna building, regardless of the weather. Linens if needed for an additional fee of 20e/person! The hot tub can be booked for an entire vacation at a cost of 129e!

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

The sandy beach is located about 100 m away, where there is a beach cafe flea market. (in summer) There is a golf course (for a fee) and a tennis court (free of charge) nearby. We offer cottage accommodation in a rustic setting on the shore of beautiful and fishy Lappajärvi. Our farm on the beach has 2 cabins for rent, each with its own yard area. The cottage has its own hard-based, gently deepening beach, well suited for swimming. Guests have access to a rowing boat, and there's a gazebo with a gas grill in the yard.
