Killer location! Cozy tiny house is very clean and is located in Fort Collins' funkiest little neighborhood, Buckingham. Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

Perfectly cozy and close to Old Town

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). If these things work for you - we'd love to host you! Surround yourself with style in this thoughtfully designed and clean space. Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

I reside on the premises. Guests enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level is a private space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like laundry, kitchenette, 3/4 bath. There’s no TV but good but good WiFi and a gas fireplace. It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9PM

Dan. our host, was very helpful and available. This was our first experience with an Airbnb, we're in our 70's and seldom travel. The stairs were a challenge but we knew we could manage them. The location was great for our event. This house was loaded with everything we needed. The lock issue was mostly our inexperience with coded locks. 🤣 I'd recommend this place!

Would highly recommend Brandon's home! we have stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with our stay. such a lovely home with a place to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors and also, enjoy the hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jen’s place! Fantastic location and Jen was quick to respond to questions. Everything we needed was there for our use. While we were there, I watched as a woman and her son replaced a washing machine in an adjacent unit- turned out to be Jen and her son! Great family, working together to take care of her guests and keep things top notch!

Matt's yurt was the perfect getaway for me and my family. We usually tent camp anywhere we go but decided we wanted a bit more luxury this time and the yurt was perfect. Beautiful views of the foothills. Matt's property is perfect for a nice, chill time. He even gave us some eggs from his hens for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

the host was super helpful. she hooked us up with some coffee and s coffee press when one wasn't available. the place is very peaceful and quiet. make sure to read the description because it's very rustic and has a cabin feel. which we enjoy but it's not everyones cup of tea. I'll recommend it to anyone who enjoys that feeling of nature and camping.

Small room, small price

I was looking for an inexpensive but still good place to stay close to Old Town, so that I could run the Colorado Marathon, and my partner’s mom recommended Cindy’s place to me because she remembered it so fondly from staying there herself previously! It was perfect. Super close to downtown, super clean, and Cindy is super friendly! I will absolutely be back; thank you Cindy! :)
