The countryside is very close to the city. In an old renovated farmhouse, this sheepfold (entrance and building independent of our personal home) was restored in 2003 and classified as 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" in 2022. Northern Burgundy as well as Southern Burgundy are easily accessible. Dijon is 15 km away as well as the first village of the wine coast, Marsannay-la-Côte. Varied and charming routes lead to Beaune in 40 minutes. But the Ouche Valley and Auxois also deserve many visits.

Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Close to all shops: Intermarché, bakery, gas station… It can accommodate 2 people maximum, non-smoking. We live across the street, so it won't be a problem if you need anything.
