Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Private access from the terrace. Independent access to the room is from the terrace. Breakfast is not included but a coffee maker with coffee and tea is available in the room.

Walking paths. 15 min Cité de l'Espace, 10 min Labège Innopole, 10 min Toulouse East bypass.
