Vacation rentals in Lansing

My stay here was great, and the location is beautiful. Anita is so friendly and helpful. She was very communicative in advance and also while I was there. I was in town to look for houses and she kindly sent me many links of available houses and gave me insights into neighborhoods and schools. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. The basement where the airbnb is located does not have direct heat (though there is a space heater and a heated blanket), but Anita turned the heat on higher in their part of the house so that it would warm the basement up more for me. She was also very flexible on my arrival and return dates, both of which changed last minute. I couldn't have asked for a nicer host.

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The hot tub was perfect and the location was amazing. We were able to get to a State game and all over very easy. It was also a great house to just hang out and spend time with our friends. We loved the kitchen that had all the things you need. The bed sheets were soft and the couch and living space was very comfy. Thank you for such a great vacation!

Ashley’s home was wonderfully inviting. I had a very comfortable stay there. It was nice to see her in the morning and share a little coffee before I left for work. I would recommend to stay to anyone.

We had the best time in Aura’s loft. It’s quite spacious, beautiful natural light, decorated so cute with I counted 39 plants 🌱 She has every amenity you can think of for you to use including the best smelling candles, linen spray, bath gel and perfume. The kitchen has the sunniest porch off of it to sip your coffee in the morning sunlight. It was the most comfy bed we’ve ever had at an AirBnb. She had a huge book and CD collection in there too. We enjoyed the historic features of the loft as well! Lots of options to walk to such as ice cream, dinner and shops. Thank you Aura for a great place to stay in Lansing.

Bethany’s place felt very comfortable and cozy for me and my family. She was always responsive and helped us throughout our whole stay which we appreciated. The location was very convenient close to the zoo, restaurants, and trails. Our first time in Michigan and this was such a great stay!

Thanks to Nate and Austin for taking on stewardship of this place and letting us all experience it and being excellent hosts. Bigger and more extravagant houses can't match how a thoughtfully designed simple space can make you feel. There's a lot of information about the history of the house to peruse and the artwork from the original owners is a great connection to the past. It was a great stay at an important place in Wright's career.

I was in town for a work function and needed a new place last-minute after my original reservation was canceled. Eric’s place ended up being perfect—and even closer to where I needed to be than my previous booking. The suite was clean and inviting, with a thoughtful guest book filled with notes from past visitors and their recommendations. There was also a binder full of local dining and activity suggestions, a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials (plus snacks!), and a wide variety of coffee and tea options. The bed was very comfortable as well. A unique touch: Eric has a map where guests can pin where they’re from, which adds a fun and personal vibe to the space. If I find myself back in the Lansing area, I’d absolutely consider staying here again. Eric was a proactive, responsive, and accommodating host—highly recommended!

Such a great place to stay and an excellent location. It’s quiet yet close to so many things in the area. Comfortable and well maintained. So many nice touches like a Keurig with a nice selection of coffee pods; kitchen with a full complement of utensils; and extra blankets in the living room. This is one of the best AirBNBs we’ve stayed at.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Perfect size for the two of us and again, so nicely decorated and clean.

Fantastic place for a single person to hang out. Check in was easy and it's right across the street from a beautiful park. Fantastic access to downtown and to MSU. Would love to stay again.

Genuinely enjoyed my stay. Comfortable, clean and private living space. It was the perfect location for me centrally located between Portland and Lansing. Would absolutely stay here again.
