The location was perfect for a nature loving family exploring the area, and we truly didn’t want to leave. Kate's place is quite lovely and provides an opportunity to be a part of Glen Tay Valley history. The Garden's are beautiful and sitting in the summer house is a treat. Great place for reading a book with a glass of wine in hand. Our dog loves it there too as he can watch the bird life by the Tay river. Kate's digs are a great spot for resting in between adventures in the Perth area. Absolutely charming. It was our third time back.

An inviting living space features an exposed brick wall and a large wall-mounted television. Two comfortable sofas and an armchair are arranged around a circular glass coffee table. Light is provided by decorative floor lamps, with a colorful artwork displayed prominently on the dark accent wall.

Great stay. Close to the highway and neighboring towns. Has a smart TV so there was no need for me to use my fire stick. This place was everything I needed it to be for my weekend getaway.

Holly is an excellent host!! - She was very responsive to my communication and even went the extra mile to notify me of a free movie event at the local drive-in theatre - The board games were definitely a nice touch, and the beds were very comfortable - The pillows and towels are hotel quality (very thick and puffy) - The 1000 islands boat cruise dock is a 4min drive from her location, which worked out very well considering that was the reason for our visit - Definitely would recommend Holly’s place and would stay again if visiting the area in the future

This was a great place to stay for four girls over two nights. The beds were very comfortable. Lisa was super kind - she was very responsive when we sent her messages. It was very helpful that she offered to drive us by boat from the dock to the house for a fee ($70 each way) The house was well equipped with firewood, condiments (missing ketchup and ice), extra blankets, towels, etc. The house is exactly as described in the listing

Jeanne was an amazing host! I absolutely loved my stay there. Best host I’ve ever dealt with. She was super helpful with recommendations for food, where to fish, things to do, and was ready to help if we ran into any trouble. The house was immaculate, clean, had snacks, amazing WiFi, and is in a very nice location. The bed was super comfy, the house was very warm and cozy, and it’s very easy to get to and from.
