Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Large sunny 60 m2 terrace with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, garden table, sea view, olive tree, seagull cries... Very well equipped. Residence secured by electric gate and digicode at the building entrance.

The Mas de l'Arboras

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

The accommodation is located at the home of the host and is completely independent, with access to the outdoor garden and parking for your vehicle in front of the apartment in the fenced area - it is located in the village center with all shops nearby - about 10 minutes' drive from Montpellier - airport - exhibition center and Arena room and 15 minutes from Carnon - Palavas and La Grande-Motte. The apartment is air-conditioned we only speak French.

Welcome to Aubais in the Gard. Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

Pool and patio are accessible to adults only in silence (we live and work around this space)

27 m2 outbuilding, like a master suite next to our villa. Shared pool with the house. Private entrance, no adjoining wall with the villa A terrace with table under the pergola is reserved for you. bed linens are available. This is not a studio, so there is no real kitchen or sink. However, the space at the back is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Sugar, tea, coffee capsules available.

Bohemian studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in Sussargues in Hérault, in the heart of the vineyards and the Garrigues, 25 minutes from Montpellier and the beach, in a small village with all amenities, this studio will make you travel thanks to its decoration. The studio is attached to our house where we live with our 2 children. Pleasant pool, treated with salt, out of sight. Garden and large terrace.
