excellent welcome, very friendly owners, very attentive to tenants, respond directly to our texts, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you won't be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment matches the photos, very well-equipped, very well-decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the directions for a smooth check-in. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

Apartment very clean, functional and ideally located, a striking view of the sea

Sandrine's accommodation is very well located, well furnished and tastefully decorated 2 steps from the beach and the coastal trail. Very convenient private and secure parking space and easily accessible. Comfortable bedding, bedroom facing the back, so very quiet. The key box is very convenient for self check-in and checkout. A baker right across the street, a convenience store a few steps away, a delicious creperie "La Perrozienne" finally everything within reach. We didn't get the chance to meet Sandrine, who seems like a lovely person who does everything to make sure her guests have a good stay by giving lots of good advice and remaining available for any information. You can go there without a second thought!!! THANK YOU Sandrine

What can I say? We had a very good week. Area is beautiful. The upstairs rental of a beautiful house is very nice (very clean, very bright, very well arranged and equipped) with a sea view. And above all, our host, Samuel, was very welcoming and remains accessible throughout the stay. He does not hesitate to provide a lot of advice (places to see, good addresses...). We recommend it without hesitation.

Very clean accommodation and conveniently located close to Trestraou beach. The space in the underground parking is a real plus, it allowed us to keep ourselves without difficulty despite the crowds. Valérie and Laurent are very responsive hosts who were kind enough to provide us with a travel cot for our one-year-old son. We would recommend it without hesitation.

We went to this accommodation for the second time, impeccable, ideally located, close to the magnificent customs trail and the beach of St Guirec, on the pink granite coast! Don't hesitate!!!

Tregastel is beautiful. Mikael's place is very convenient to be so close to the beach. The area is peaceful and people were friendly. We had such a great time that we wanted to stay longer.

The place is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it right away. We couldn't find the garage entrance (poor description, doesn't match apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, it always had enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

Our stay at Amélie and Geoffroy's was great. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to all places of interest. Everything was simple and smooth, good communication. I highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Again, thank you for this great experience!!!

A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!

We had a great time. The setting is really nice and relaxing. The pool is sublime. The sightseeing and dining tips given by the hosts were great. Hosts are very attentive. i recommend this place
