Beautiful quiet villa with beautiful sea views. The large terrace is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, all equipped with a bathroom and dressing room. Shops and the port of Erquy are within walking distance. Thanks to Melanie for her hospitality and flexibility.

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is in a great location, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. With a heavy heart, we left it again, but we will surely come back. 🥰🥰

I stayed in the house with my 2 dogs for 14 days. It was great. Communication was very friendly, fast and straightforward. The house, the location, the garden was perfect. I felt very comfortable. Very nice, well located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Be aware of three points to consider: staircase/ladder quite dangerous, swimming pool closed when we arrived, for large vehicles difficulty parking near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Johann was a very welcoming and informative host. the property was spotlessly clean and furnishings of a very high quality. The pool was a nice temperature at 28 degrees, the garden, terrace and bbq area all very tasteful and well done. Beautiful region with high cliffs, great for walks and 5 lovely sandy beaches (exposed at low tide). Our favourite beach was Plage Bonepart. lovely little restaurants at Plage Brehac and Plage Palu. a Carrefour supermarket 2 mins away for all ypur needs. A superb house and great area. Highly recommend

House perfect for a stay for families or friends. Very quiet area, not overlooked, with a perfectly exposed terrace, and 5 minutes from the beach (sand).

We had great contact with Glenn and Christophe. The house is spacious and everything is done to ensure a great stay for families or groups of friends. It's quiet, the garden is enclosed and the availability of all games and sports activities is a plus for vacationers.

Dream location! The tiny house is very comfortable and allows you to stay there easily for a few days. Amazing view and great amenities.

The house is simply enchanting. Interior furnished with so much taste and love, nothing is missing to feel good. Everything is super clean. The bathroom is brand new. The garden is really large with many possibilities to make it comfortable all around. The surroundings are wonderful, there is plenty to discover. Charming little house, nice and well equipped. We appreciated the warmth of the fireplace - insert, having had the chance to bring back wood for it. The proximity to the sea was perfect for us.

We had a great time at Morgane's place! The accommodation is perfect for a family weekend, close to many walks and the island of Bréhat! We will come back without hesitation!
