Thanks to David for this great hosting!! The place was exactly as described and clean. I forgot some of my things, and he had them delivered to me super quickly, a consideration I won't forget. The apartment is very well located, perfect distance from the beach and surrounding cities. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We enjoyed our stay enormously and would def recommend. However the hosts might think about changing the front door lock as we had to leave the house unlocked at night and during the day when out.

Impeccable house, all comforts, including a very pleasant winter garden in case of rain to enjoy the outdoors. It is also ideally located, beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance (5-10 minutes). All this in a region to discover or rediscover especially for history buffs.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Very good stay with a very welcoming house. The beautiful weather allowed us to enjoy the garden which is very well arranged. Alexandrine and her husband are very nice.

Functional house. Very well located for visiting the different landing sites (Bunker, Caen memorial, American Cimetierre, Pegasus Birdge etc ...) The house is a few minutes from the sword beach by car.

Very good stay in a beautiful villa that matches the description exactly. The plus is the indoor heated swimming pool, a pleasant garden and activities for everyone. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. we highly recommend this beautiful villa for family or friend gatherings.

We needed a place to stay in Caen with our dog so we could explore the area and Arnaud’s place was absolutely perfect. The location is very central and yet also very private with it’s completely enclosed garden. We were welcomed personally and immediately felt at home and comfortable. It is quiet and peaceful, and ideal for our dog who just wanted to relax in the shade. All of the things inside worked perfectly and the home itself is very well equipped. We highly recommend Arnaud’s place and will stay there again when we visit Caen.

Sandra was an excellent host and made our stay so easy. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Karine's service: very welcoming host, nice and spacious mobile home, very well equipped +++, everything is there and everything is thought of, including a baby night light, coffee capsules, tea, paper consumables, hygiene products... nothing to say and above all very clean. This mobile home is a real haven of peace and we had a pleasant stay outside of school holidays, very relaxing with my baby and my elderly mother. Classy, clean and quiet campsite. The place was FANTASTIC!! Only suggestion to host would be a second set of towels, and extra paper products. ie paper towels/toilet paper.

Everything is great! Clean, nicely decorated and close to shops. Bakery, butcher, florist... and above all the sea just a few steps away. I highly recommend this listing!

We loved our stay: the house is beautiful with a lot of charm, it is tastefully decorated, very well-equipped and very clean. The garden is very nice, with all the necessary furniture, encouraging idleness and family barbecues. It's the perfect family home with lots of decorative nods, which gives you a smile and a good mood! Nearby are restaurants, the city center and the beach. The hosts are very friendly. We would recommend it in a second and would be happy to come back. Go without hesitation!

🌿This ground floor accommodation was perfect for our winter vacation: a peaceful oasis, bathed in calm with lots of comfort. The accommodation was even more amazing than the description & photos, we were delighted with our choice to recharge with our children and our dog. ✨Impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bedding. We did not opt for the additional sheets service, but have no doubt that this is prepared with professionalism as with everything else. Good quality duvets and pillows were available to put our own sheets on. Quality kitchen equipment Very nice🏠 location, and offers direct beach access, surrounded by incredible architecture along the pedestrian walkway. 🚗 during this period, we had easily found a place in the alley 10 yards away. Very poor telephone🛜 reception in these places, but the accommodation's wifi internet makes up for this. 🙏For this perfect set, thank you ✨

My stay at Estelle's went very well. I immediately felt comfortable there. She greeted me as soon as I arrived, and I knew that if I needed her help with anything she was there. The location is superb, a few minutes from the sea and the apartment is very well and nicely equipped. A princess bed… thank you Estelle!

Nicely located for reaching all the Normandy beaches and museums. A good selection of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and a great patisserie right opposite for the mornings croissants. House was clean and comfortable, perfect for our three night stay.

Easy to access accommodation 2 seconds from Juno Beach where the Canadians landed on June 6, 1944. Please note: accommodation made for a couple with 2 children and not for 4 adults (1 classic bedroom with double bed and 1 very small bedroom without window with 1 bunk bed) Very average sound insulation with neighboring apartments. But we had avely stay .

Single-story apartment a few meters from the beach, bright, spacious, quiet and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a nice private garden that was not overlooked, very well exposed and sheltered from the wind. We had a great time and will definitely come back.
