Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Welcome to our cozy place close to water, forest and a short drive from Nakskov. The house is from 1960 but continuously renovated in 2022-2024. The house is used as a residence for the Store Riddersborg estate, which is 250 meters away. The house has a pool that is 150 cm deep, and a covered terrace for the cool summer evenings. Indoors, there is room for the whole family at the dining table, a large kitchen and two living rooms. There are beautiful sea views to the east. The house is ideal for the large family or several couples.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Super nice cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of the Langeland Belt, where cruise ships, the world's largest container ships or small sailboats sail by. There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The garden house is a lovely apartment on 2 levels with a view of the moat and direct access to the terrace. The apartment sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.
