Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

The 63 square meter duplex apartment is located in the center of the beautiful car-free island of Langeoog. The 2 floors, each with one bedroom, are ideal for small families, couples or even friendly couples. The island center is right outside the door and offers you everything you could ever need. A 7-minute walk separates you from the sandy beach. Wi-Fi and a community washing machine are available as well as a flat-screen TV. Dogs are welcome.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Langeoog, apartment: Vacation with a view

We rent a simple, older, clean NON-SMOKING apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is located away from the tourist stroll, about 1000 steps or 5 minutes by bike to the sea and beach. Welcome to our vacation farm. If you want to spend your vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast, we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our house in Utgast. Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available. So feel free to ask if there is interest.
