We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. The apartment is completely renovated and refurbished, which means ceilings, floor, doors, walls all new. The bathroom is partially renovated. The toilet and sink are new, and the PVC is new.

The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. The possibility to charge the battery exists there. The highway (A33, A2) can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

The newly renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cooking evenings. You can relax on the balcony facing south.
