The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

Beautiful and spacious cottage overlooking the sea, lake and open fields. Short distance to 18-hole golf course and fishing lake, as well as good outdoor space for play and fun for both children and adults. The house contains 3 bedrooms (as well as a sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and a small sauna. There is a playground by the beach, a bathing and landing jetty for your boat and the possibility of fishing. 🔌 There is an electric car charger (self-paid). 💧 Electricity is settled separately upon departure.

Holiday home for 4 with free access to water park

Holiday apartment near Rødby and with free access to a large water park. In addition to the water park, the holiday center includes a grocery store, restaurants, ice rink, playground, bowling, mini golf, and cinema. These can be used for a fee. The vacation apartment is a small but cozy vacation apartment of 54 m2. It is for 4 people plus a child under 3 years of age. The house among the trees - Wild on purpose

In the small forest close to the water, we have found space between the trees for a cottage, with an annex, outdoor room, wilderness bath, sauna and fireplace. The house is from the late 70s, but was last renovated and upcycled in 2022, with an emphasis on upcycled. For us, it has been important to preserve the cottage atmosphere, without too many killer solutions. Cozy cottage close to Fåborg Fantastic views. The house is not so big, but has a bright and open kitchen. Attached annex with 4 beds. Large garden with many possibilities and several terraces. There is a few minutes walk to the water with a swimming bridge (not in the winter period). Fine beaches in the area, good shopping, and eateries in Fåborg. Approximately 30 to Svendborg. Area with peace and quiet. Cleaning can be purchased. Electricity and water are settled with the landlord before departure. Infrared sauna for extra wellness

Walking distance to the beach and free access to the water park

Our vacation home is located next to the Lalandia holiday center in Rødby. Included in the rent is access to the tropical water park, with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna and water slides (if open) The vacation home has a bedroom with a double bed and a loft with 2 mattresses. There's also a crib and high chair in the house. There is a full kitchen, so you can cook in the vacation home. After an activity-filled day, you can relax in front of the TV or with the iPad, which can be connected to the house's WiFi
