My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Windsurfing and kite boarding are possible from in front of the house. Easy surfing is available a few hundred metres down the beach. The property has battery backup along with solar panels to ensure continuous electricity supply even when the grid is down.

Atlantic House is walking distance to the beach, Club Mykonos Private Resort + casino, quad biking, yacht charters, fishing, gourmet restaurants, the Laguna Mall, public transport and a night life vibe at many local pubs and restaurants.. You will love what the West Coast has to offer. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and the second bedroom is shared with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge-freezer, stove, over, microwave and washing machine.
