THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Newly-built cottage with sauna, hot tub and private jetty

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Bring the whole family to this amazing place. Large social areas that suit everyone who wants to enjoy a nice house in a quiet environment. Located about 15 minutes by car from Gothenburg, it is suitable for families who are vacationing in Gothenburg but who do not want to stay in the middle of the city. To Landvetter Airport, about 10 minutes Close to Gothenburg with restaurants, Liseberg and Ullevi. The villa is located in a scenic area with proximity to a swimming lake with a sandy beach and jetties and Sjöholmsparken, which offers paddle, golf and canoe rental.

Lillstugan

If you want a quiet and simple accommodation with a unique lush location, close to both Gothenburg and Landvetter airport, then my cottage is for you! The guest house is located at one end of the plot, with its own terrace in a garden with a lot of greenery. Landvettersjön is about 250 meters away and there are nice places for swimming, both at the public beach a bit away or just below our road where there is more private access. Close to nature, public transport into town or just stay and enjoy the cottage and the garden.

Summerhouse

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. To Landvetter airport, it takes 23 minutes to drive. Warm welcome!

Large villa with modern decor, 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed, 1 with single bed). The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Close to Gothenburg city center (10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bus/train). Large bathroom downstairs with double shower, sauna and bathtub. Large terrace with seating area and grill, as well as a lawn for garden play and games. Booking rules: Only well-behaved families and adults over 28 years of age may book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Easy to find swimming areas, nature trails or Kåsjön's swimming area with diving tower. At the same time, you can get to Liseberg by bus in 20 minutes and to Landvetter Airport in 15 minutes by car. For golf enthusiasts, Öjersjö golf club is close by. In addition, there is a restaurant and a grocery store a short walk away for your convenience.

Welcome to our newly built home! We offer a wonderful stay in our modern house with 2.5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. Perfectly located close to both the pulse of the city and scenic surroundings. 350 m to the lake, 10km to Liseberg and 10km to Landvetter airport. Bed linen and towels included. Please note that noise from the motorway may occur when you are outdoors.

Stay on our farm with animals, nature, and farm life. Close to Landvetter airport, Gothenburg & Borås Planes do not fly over our farm, but you can sometimes hear the planes when they take off. Walking distance to lake with jetty and bus stop with direct line to Gothenburg. We recommend renting a car for the best experience. We have a double bed and a sofa bed. Suitable for 2-3 people
