Sachez que cette maison a vu grandir mes enfants car elle est ma résidence principale. J'ai mis beaucoup de cœur et d'énergie à la restaurer et je continue à l'entretenir du mieux que possible. En rentrant dans ma maison, vous devriez être séduits par le charme de l'ancien et découvrirez ma décoration, mes photos... Je fais le pari que vous prendrez donc soin de ma maison comme si c'était la votre, que vous profiterez de ce lieu avec plaisir. Je suis peu voir pas présente à la maison.

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

Fully equipped in 2 parts (1x 27 m2 living area + 1x 23 m2 covered terrace/summer kitchen + possible access to the pool from May to the end of September, in the middle of the Sauternes vineyards, close to all amenities: Langon train station (4 km), Preignac train station (1.5 km), access to the A62 & Langon (5 km), main shops, colleges, high school, and Bordeaux (30 minutes)

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. Come and recharge your batteries with friends or family in this peaceful retreat!

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Charming air-conditioned cottage between vineyards and forests

Come and relax in the heart of South Gironde, in a warm, recently renovated cottage equipped with air conditioning. You will be at the gates of the castles of Sauternes with its magnificent vineyards. This little piece of heaven is full of forest trails that will delight lovers of walks and bike rides! You will also have the pleasure of discovering the Ciron, a magnificent river that crisscrosses the department and offers canoeing and kayaking trips.

Come and enjoy the South Gironde from our ideally located annex in Sauternes with stunning views of Château d'Yquem. Located between the Châteaux D'Yquem, Guiraud, Rayne-Vigneau and the Clos des Lunes. Château d'Arche is only a 3-minute drive away. Lafaurie Peyraguey and its 2* Michelin restaurant is also minutes from our accommodation. Access from the A62 highway, we are 7 km from the Langon exit, and 45 km from Bordeaux.

Studio in the heart of the vineyards with sauna

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.

Private studio, quiet neighborhood Rions

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
