Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Upstairs, a mezzanine, a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 140 x 190 and a bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90 x 190, a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and vanity. Discover the Grannec ATAO estate perched on the Menez-Hom mountains, facing Locronan and the Bay of Douarnenez. The Ty Grannec ecolodge was completely renovated in 2022 (cut stone, natural bio-based materials).
