Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are doggie friendly and are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle and explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone cottage.

It has an open plan living and kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams. The full kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, the bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and the fast Wi-Fi helps you work and play. This beautiful Grade II listed gate house is part of the 350-acre estate of Cilwendeg, where we as owners also live. Cwtch Pantgwyn is a two berth cabin, fully central heated with an ensuite bathroom. The cosy interior has a double bed, seating area, coffee table, fridge, tv, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Outside there is private hot tub built into the deck area , table and chairs plus a Kadai fire pit/ barbecue and seating area located at the other end of the cabin.
