I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, which made the experience even better. We had a fantastic stay for easter! The house was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and the house had everything you needed! We loved the outdoor spaces and the sporting equipment / swings. The adults and kids had fun! We also appreciated the wine and chocolates in the fridge on arrival and late check out! Thank you!

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

Susan’s place was everything like it was advertised to be! Very clean and tidy with plenty of tea/coffee and kitchen amenities. The space was both aesthetic and spacious for us and our family. The yard space and games/toys for kids was great and loved that it’s pet friendly so we could bring our dog! The communication and kindness from Susan from the moment we booked into the moment we checked out was great 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re looking to book a trip to Lancelin! We will definitely be staying here again 😊

We really enjoyed our time at the accommodation in Lancelin. Everything was available that you need for short or long stays. Exactly the place that suited our vacation and our plans. The communication was good and quick. We have no complaints and can recommend the accommodation. The IGA and a café are easily accessible on foot.

Tony's place was great. We had a 2 week gap from selling our home to moving into the new home and Tony's place was so convenient, easy and well located. Gave us the space we needed to store last minute items to store between homes. Tony's communication was outstanding and he was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Tony's home as a great place to stay.

Amazing short get-away with my girls - the play fort /back yard swing made for endless entertainment and of course the dogs were an absolute highlight!! We definitely recommend this stay for families who want a low energy high reward holiday for the kids!

Had family visiting Australia for the first time and we used James and Pennys property as a base for exploring and also having chill days. We loved the property, the kitchen was clean and well equipped and the beds in the 3 bedrooms we used were very comfortable. Outdoor area provided us a great space to play games and relax in the sun and also under the shade. The road was very quiet and no real disturbances from neighbours. Would recommend this property to families and friends looking for somewhere to chill. James was also a great communicator throughout our stay, very responsive!

The villa itself is stunning — spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and charming decor that perfectly complements the serene surroundings. Every detail has been considered, from the fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace to the expansive outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept soundly in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind or explore nearby wineries and local attractions. It felt like a secluded escape but was still just a short drive from everything we needed.

As a family from NZ we had a wonderful 8 day stay. The place was so well equipped and the outside area was used every night for dinning. A fabulous holiday and so many wonderful memories were made.Thank you Calvin and Lou.

Tanya was a great host, super flexible and friendly. Nothing was a bother and we especially loved the sossy dog Frank and friendly horse Roy! Would definitely recommend to a family as there is a heap of space and house was nice and comfortable.
