The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

This Amish owned family friendly home is centrally located in the village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. The home is a 5 -10 minute walk (no sidewalk, along a narrow shoulder of the road) or a 1 minute drive from the shops of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, and a 15 min. drive to the Sight & Sound Theater. The home is very near Amish farms with a great view out back.
