Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lancaster County

Our family and friends had a lovely time in Cynthia's home. The setting is very pretty, the dock was a great place to fish and crab from and the beach offers another great hangout spot. The added bonus is that her home is just a 10-minute walk to a cute little restaurant in a marina with great oysters and cocktails.

The house and location was beautiful and breathtaking. Definitely a very private location, but if you need some good R&R & some good fishing I would definitely recommend this house.

Karen was very quick to respond to our questions. The house was lovely. There were canoes, kayaks and water boards for the family to use. Baby pool for the kids. Fishing and crabbing was great entertainment for all. Kitchen well stocked with anything you needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Guesthouse. The place is like a home away from home, with a well-stocked and modern open kitchen, games and other activities ready to play, and many ways to regulate the temperature of any area. We also appreciated that there were extra blankets and towels in case we needed them. It is a bit of a drive past the intersection in White Stone proper, but the drive is relaxed and interesting. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was a great retreat from the world for my wife and I. The house itself was spotless and had everything we wanted. The location is close to some nice shops and restaurants. We also visited some wineries in the area. However, the house has numerous relaxing reading areas, which we also took advantage of. Kenan was very responsive to our messages about recommendations. I reserved this house on the same day as we arrived, and he was quick to accept it with no issues.

Great spot, beautiful dock, comfortable beds. We had a great time here with dear family friends. Do note you may need to bring neospresso if you’d like to use the machine. Lovely that kayaks and life jackets were included!

This was our third stay at this wonderful property, and it just keeps getting better and better! Our family had an amazing time once again and made so many new memories together. We especially love spending time fishing on the dock and kayaking—it’s the perfect way to relax and reconnect with nature. The home is always clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. We’re so grateful to have found this special place and can’t wait to come back again! Our stay at Maria and Brad’s home was wonderful. Their house is a home filled with comfortable amenities and special touches. The towels are plush and the beds are so comfortable. Our family enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing everyday. We caught and steamed some crabs with the provided crab trap. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and wonderful appliances. The creek is so peaceful and close to the home. We stayed for 6 days and only experienced one rainy day and still enjoyed the outdoors by relaxing in the large screened in porch. My husband and sons had the privilege to join Brad one morning for trout fishing which were so tasty on the grill. Communication with Maria and Brad was quick and delightful.

We had a lovely stay! Everything was as advertised and the location and view were beautiful. Everything we needed was readily available and was amply stocked. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

Tim’s nest is a gorgeous retreat in the heart of Urbanna. Debbie is a great host and the owners were very communicative. You will be able to walk to several nice restaurants and you are near the bridge where you can watch boats sailing. We stayed in October and the home had some extra fall touches that made it feel especially cozy. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for more than 2 people. We will definitely be back again. This stay was blessing as we were here to visit a sick relative. Coming home to Tom’s nest after a tough day was comforting and peaceful.

Kelly's place was immaculate. Kelly went out of her way to help us with all of our things. We had a boat dock. Kelly had everything we needed from water to shore power. This is a one of a kind place to stay, very clean, furnished beautifully and the view is outstanding. Kelly great job all the way around . Thanks for having my fishing team. Thanks Donald

Excellent host and excellent location! I am from Gloucester and came back to help my Father on his land. Soooo nice to be so close, great for our service dog, and such great surroundings! Apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with basics like washer/dryer and soap, extra toothpaste, etc. Loved it!!!
