Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.

Lincoln has a beautiful trail system located just 3 blocks from the property that will take you anywhere you want to go. Bring your kids and take a nice stroll to the numerous parks within walking distance or bring your own pedal bikes or Rent e-bikes at speedy Pete’s just down the street for a fun-filled time.

This centrally located house has been tastefully remodeled and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Close to shopping, grocery, hospitals and parks and less than ten minutes to downtown; there are driveways off two through streets for convenient transportation. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional hang out areas and a nice dining area. The back has a great screened sunroom with bar top to sit at, complete with a six person hot tub.
