We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
