This home is located on the Mississippi River and has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was once an earth home, which gives the home a cozy, cottage type feeling. The waterfront side of the home has floor to ceiling windows (with blinds) that maximize the view. Please note: our interior and exterior stairs are steep and because of the age and design of our home, we are not ADA accessible. Please be careful and watch your step! Entry is through the garage. Hunters welcome. Weather conditions causes lakes and ponds to have an increase in algae bloom & duck weed. Because of this naturally occurring event the condition of the lake cannot be guaranteed.
