Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

You can get to the city or the BHF with line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/station Neckarau (7 minutes walk).

After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or Montain bike rides to the charming surroundings. It consists of a room with integrated kitchenette and an adjoining large bathroom with shower and bathtub. For relaxing, the large terrace facing back serves as a view of the countryside. This apartment is in the same house as the "Pretty guest room with bathroom/kitchen".

With direct access to the covered terrace, you can enjoy outdoor dining in almost any weather. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest toilet on the floor.
