Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The loft in the middle of Bickenbach on the Bergstraße is the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities for up to five people. Easy access to the Odenwald, but also the metropolises of Frankfurt or the cultural city of Heidelberg. If you are looking for a retreat for concentrated work, this is also the place to be. In the middle of an historical property, the terrace with garden views invites you to linger. Gigabit internet amenities are a perfect fit for video conferencing.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).
