It has a small enclosed outdoor area out of sight to enjoy outdoor dining, private parking. On the ground floor, living room and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction stove, microwave oven, convection oven, washing machine). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one bed 140 x 190, the second: 2 beds 90 x 200 and shower room.

The garden is enclosed, equipped with a swing, a large petanque court is available on-site and the inevitable barbecue!
