Frenchmans Bay is just outside your window. With spectacular 180 degree views of Frenchman's Bay and Mt. Desert Island, it is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of Maine. Located in the famous community of Hancock Point, it offers easy access to Acadia National Park and other attractions, in a peaceful, quiet and beautiful setting. Go hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking or just sit and watch the ever-changing view from the picture windows. This cottage has an open living/dining/kitchen area. Two large sliding glass doors look out onto the water. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove with microwave oven, kuerig, double sink, and ample counter space. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen gadgets, glassware, silverware, cutlery and dinnerware, gas grill.The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, ample closet space and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, (day bed with trundle), that are suitable for children or adults. Linens are supplied. NO smoking please. There is a TV with a blu-ray player, no cable and no wifi. If needed, there is a window AC unit. We recently added an outdoor shower with hot water. Because of the rock wall, (10' drop) this cottage may not be suitable for toddlers and younger children. This beautiful cottage, clean, simple, with cottage style kitchen, dining area, 1 bath. Master bedroom has a Queen bed. And, a Full size bed in our semi-private sunroom. Great for a couple just wanting to get away and visit our surrounding areas. We are located 2 miles into Ellsworth. Go shopping for your groceries or visit local restaurants, we’re just outside of town. Visit Lamoine Beach & State Park (6 miles) or visit scenic Mount Desert Island, the village of Bar Harbor (19 miles).

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Hoover's Cottage Retreat

Nested near the shores of the Jordan Tidal River, private and yet close to Bar Harbor, Acadia and all other places of interest. Full kitchen and spacious decks offers plenty of outdoor enjoyments. Private access to the water, so bring your kayaks. Ellsworth, Frenchman's Bay, Golf Course and Lamoine State Park are all nearby. Acadia National Park is a short drive away. Excellent wireless internet without service interruptions, excellent access, yet very private setting.

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
