It is a wonderful house, one of the best houses I have lived in, right on the beach, you have your own parking space inside the garden of the house with space for two cars, complete silence at night, stunning views in the early morning, the house is equipped with everything you need, there is a barbecue area, a children's play area, everything you need for a short or long visit, I highly recommend it, the host was very cooperative and responded to our messages quickly

prachtig huisje. Van alle gemakken voorzien, van ligbedden tot paraplu's. Mooi uitzicht, alle ruimte in de tuin. Cake bij aankomst en een gevulde koelkast. Buitendouche is heerlijk. Paar minuten afstand tot restaurantjes. Zee voor de deur. in 1 woord geweldig!

The property was clean and modern and right in the seafront. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect place for a family that needs piece and quiet during their holiday. The property is spotless and well maintained. Rania as a host is brilliant always caring about us and always going the extra mile in case something is needed. For our family is a blessing to be able to go back to this property every year during the summer and create some amazing memories. Highly recommended for families.

За нас престоя при Vasily беше прекрасно преживяване,всъщност повече-място на което се отпуснахме и почувствахме красотата и спокойствието на Гърция, поръсена с аромат на риган,жасмин и лимони .Потънахме в тишината на залива,хапвахме прясна рибка,карахме колелета,плувахме,наслаждавахме се на красотите наоколо и си мислехме,че това място е дар.Домакина е изключително мил,човечен,точен и отзивчив човек.Къщата е с чудна локация,нямахме никакви затруднения в откриването и паркирането.Вътре много чиста,грижливо помислена да е част от тихия,красив залив,носи безбрежието на Гърция-непретенциозна,лека и помислина в детайл.Имахме всичко необходимо да се чувстваме спокойни с малко дете .Градината е етажирана и красива с прекрасна гледка към залива и място да зареждаме електрическите колелета.Отпред има кейче за лодка.Милина е близкото селце за пазаруване и тавернички,има и детска площадка.Благодарим от Все сърце,ние ще идваме отново и отново и отново:)))!!!

We had a lovely stay together with our daughters at Eirini’s place. The terrace near the beach is great! We had both enough sun and shadow. We used the grill a few times. You can have nice walks on the beach, depending on the tide, or among the olive trees near to the property. The sunrise is amazing from the upstairs apartment window, from the terrace, or the beach :)! We hope to visit again!

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Great house, spaciously, lots of amenities, everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, in the rooms, and dining room. The host was very easy to contact and communicative, and when we had an issue with internet, he was very involved, calling the provider and fixing the issue in half an hour time. The host advised us regarding the food do not be left out unsealed, and we didn't take this in consideration until our bread or the sugar bag was full of ants. Recommend you keep everything in the fridge, unless sealed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, and Konstantinos said this is planed already. No markets, stores or facilities closed by, but you can drive 25 min to Lidl, or 10 min to a small store in the village. Very calm, quiet, private space. Huge garden, with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees and figs. The private beach is a treat, walk down the backyard and through a gate go directly to the beach. Fantastic, we'll come back!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Ένα υπέροχο μέρος μέσα στη φύση με απίστευτη θέα. Πολύ προσεγμένο κατάλυμα και άνετο για οικογένειες , με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες. Η κα.Δημητρα πολύ φιλική και με ενδιαφέρον από την πρώτη στιγμή αλλά και η μικρή εγγονή της απίστευτη που έκανε πολύ ωραία παρέα με τα παιδιά μας και πολλές βουτιές στην πισίνα!! ελπίζουμε να τα ξαναπούμε! ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sie liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf mit äußerst netten Menschen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Pools liegen direkt vor dem Haus und der Strand direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Michael war ein sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber der immer erreichbar war und gerne und umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben hat was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus und der Ausstattung und würden jederzeit sofort wieder bei Michael buchen!!!! Einfach nur spitze! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!

Wir haben die Tage und besonders die Nächte mit Meeresrauschen, Grillenzirpen und Pinienduft im "Paradiesdörfchen" sehr genossen. Ein bisschen hat uns der Meerblick von den unteren Terrassen gefehlt: Die schönen Sträucher im Garten sind wohl in den letzten Jahren gut gewachsen. Einen schönen Blick hatten wir dafür vom guten Restaurant "To Astron" 3 km vom Haus aus oder von einem der netten Restaurants in Limni. Sehr hilfreich waren die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Die Bäder und Küchen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vielleicht wäre es möglich in der Küche im Haupthaus noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank einzubauen. Dort auf der Terrasse haben wir gerne gegessen und uns entspannt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful place. Lots of différent areas to spend time with your family or friends and enjoy the peace around the swimming pool or a BBQ. Lovely beaches and taverns around if you want to go out. George is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Πολύ όμορφη βίλα,ωραία διακοσμημενη! Η θέα εκπληκτική, ό,τι πρέπει για να προσφέρει χαλάρωση καθώς ακούς τον ηχο της θάλασσας δίπλα σου..πολύ δροσερό σαλόνι, καθώς ερχόταν η αύρα της θάλασσας Μόνο δύο επισημάνσεις.ο χωρος της πισίνας θέλει αναβάθμιση.. έδειχνε κάπως παραμελημένος με παλιές καρέκλες και δεν είχε πρόσφατα καθαριστεί.. Δεύτερον.. είναι απαραίτητος ο φωτισμός του δρόμου που οδηγεί στις βίλες,καθώς το βράδυ είναι πολύ δύσκολο να βρει κάποιος την παράκαμψη γιατί δεν υπάρχει σήμανση.. φτάνοντας το αυτοκίνητο στη βίλα που μειναμε(η τελευταία στη σειρα) λίγο έλειψε να συνεχίσουμε προς τα κάτω που ήταν τα σκαλιά καθώς δεν φαινόταν καθαρά που ξεκινάνε.. Αυτό πρέπει να το μεριμνήσει ο ιδιοκτήτης βάζοντας κάποια διακριτικά που θα βοηθούν όποιον έρχεται πρώτη φορά. Γενικά περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα! Λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες καθαριότητας.

About this house, surroundings and hospitality of the host nothing but positive sounds. We stayed one week at the end of October with two teenagers and a baby and had a wonderful time here. The house is tastefully decorated with an eye for detail, clean and more than complete. The garden is like paradise, with many places to sit, the big swimming pool and the private access to the beach. Elen is a generous host. She is helpful and quick in response. Her warm hospitality made us feel more than welcome.

Un apartament spațios și confortabil, cu vedere la mare si așezat uimitor și convenabil langa o mica plaja. Un loc în care ne-am întoarce cu placere. Micul oraș pescaresc este o istorie vie, cu casele sale vechi tradiționale. La toate acestea se adaugă atitudinea prietenoasa și ajutorul pe care Nikos il oferă în mod necondiționat.

Bel appartement qui correspond aux photos et descriptions. Nous étions un couple et y avons passé 3 nuits. Immeuble tranquille, mobilier confortable sur la terrasse qui est très intime grâce aux auvents de côté. L’appartement a été rénové et offre tout le nécessaire. 10-12 minutes de marche pour aller aux bains avec eau chaude. À quelques pas des restaurants et bars mais sans le bruit. Vue superbe. Ascenseur. Plus cher qu’un hôtel mais la qualité en vaut la peine.

We had a wonderful stay at Christos’s place and we found him and his son very helpful and welcoming. When we needed anything, it was supplied within a very short time. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. Staying at Christos’s house made our holiday very special.

La casa de Yiannis es perfecta para unas vacaciones de relax. Las vistas son las mejores que jamás he visto en un viaje. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares. Justo enfrente en el puerto, puedes darte un baño refrescante, es de fácil acceso y muy cómodo. Súper recomiendo este hospedaje, ojalá pueda repetir pronto!

At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

Am avut o vacanta minunată in aceasta locație, unde nu ne- a lipsit nimic. O gazdă primitoare, caldă, ne- a stat la dispoziție pentru orice solicitare. Apartamentul cu toate dotările de care am avut nevoie, curat si cu o poziționare extraordinara. Practic ,de pe terasa intri in mare. Si peste toate acestea .. liniștea de care avem atata nevoie.
