Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lambaré

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

Quiet days, supermarkets relatively close, a couple of restaurants on the same block where you eat rich.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

Very good service

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Very good service from start to finish, responds quickly. The place is in a very nice, pleasant and safe area. Next door you have a supermarket in case you need something urgent and at the reception they help you with the information you need. The view and the pool are very nice, the place is exactly as shown in the photos. 100% recommended!

Very clean and cozy home with good beds. There is no fencing to the parking lot, but the area seemed safe. Beautiful with a balcony! Can clearly be recommended.

The neighborhood of Los Laureles is very quiet and pleasant to stay in. Nearby is Casa Rica and Superseis - walkable. The building staff are very friendly and helpful. It is convenient that the apartment has a washing machine. The upstairs gym was always locked, so we didn't use it.

Beautiful duplex apartment, located in one of the best areas in Asunción. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to any details that were resolved immediately. We would definitely come back.

great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It has all the amenities it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. I highly recommend this listing! The apartment was very clean and as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Quiet street but close to all amenities: shopping mall (2 less than 600 m). Not to mention the Urban café with these great breakfasts and great coffee. I would highly recommend it Thank you so much. We'll be happy to go back.
