Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Lamai

This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

The place was beautiful, a wonderful room, very large, clean, equipped with all the comforts including a bathtub and shower. In general, the residence was very nice and elegant, with a swimming pool by the sea and a private beach. Georgy has always been available and easily accessible, giving us information and responding to any requests. I absolutely recommend it!

This apartment has the most comfortable and delicious bed I've ever tried in an Airbnb, the pillows are perfect and you really get a full rest, apart from everything you need, they leave you an absolutely spectacular hair treatment and spray, as a woman you will appreciate it🤭👌🏻 Nemo's accommodation is perfectly decorated, they have taken care of every detail, it is super clean and fully equipped with everything you need and more for a pleasant and comfortable stay🌿🐚🙌🏻 The washer/dryer is a huge plus when you travel for so many weeks, coffee maker with coffee to grind, tea, basic condiments, blackout curtains, basic cleaning supplies, everything is absolutely comfortable, the sofa, the TV, the vacuum, the balcony, I loved everything!!! If you can book it, don't hesitate to do so, you'll have a wonderful experience from a place with an excellent location and Nemo is a great host😊 Thank you for everything! Best, Dani & Will 💜

Incredible place. Even better than the pictures. Lots of restaurants and even a bike shop within walking distance. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay. Place is as advertised. A little bit up a hill which was annoying, but still fine. Very responsive, communicative and helpful host. The washroom was very beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay if you want your own small getaway in Koh Samui.

Elisa was a wonderful host – very kind, helpful, and always there when we needed something. She supported us with everything from restaurant recommendations to scooter rentals. Pop was also incredibly friendly, picked us up warmly, and gave us lots of great tips. The accommodation was spotless and everything worked perfectly. We can only highly recommend staying here and hope to see them both again soon! 🫶🏽

Such a beautiful village! Booked a month of stay in Amy Village and it was a wonderful experience. Got a mix up with my booking but William communicated and gave me options to choose from which fixed everything for me. The rooms are standard but have all you have to be comfortable, the village is beautiful and well maintained. I love the pool and greenery. Its very close to restaurants and 7/11 so its very convenient and not that far from Lamai beach as well. Overall I see myself staying in this place again!

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. Would 💯 % recommend to anyone especially large groups. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and use your amazing villa it’s be fantastic 🙏

The home is exactly as pictured and the view is almost more beautiful - it's a dream home, located in a quiet neighborhood, there are few good restaurants along the beach and road, but would recommend a scooter so you can get into where something happens. Til was great at helping with everything - she helped with our excursions and made sure we got another cabin to stay in when we had checked out and waited for transportation to the airport.. 10/10 ..

Great Host, great location and lovely villa!

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

Mika et Annaïk we’re great hosts and the house was very comfortable. The pool is a great addition! You do have to consider that the third bed is a pull out couch :) Which is fine but not for tall Dutch people :))

Peaceful stay, great host

Great location, reasonable price and cozy studio. I don't know if the cockroach was part of the hotel or just visiting, but it would be better to set traps :)

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

Nice Bungalow in a good and calm area, it’s possible to rent a scooter with them, which was really helpful. There are several restaurants in walking distance. It‘s also nice to have a real sofa so you dont have to always chill on the bed when you are inside. We enjoyed our stay and also extended it for a couple of days.

I have zero complaints. Great place with everything you need. Area seems to be developing but everything you need is within a 10 minute walk

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

Randolph was responsive & proactive in guiding us through the check-in process and reaching the area. The location is amazing, the view never gets old, especially seeing airplanes take off The morning sun here is breathtaking The lounge area is perfect for watching movies, having dinner on the patio is the cherry on top! Overall we loved it here...
