Fit my needs very well! Great location and convenient amenities. Very communicative and responsive. My only warning is the exterior lights are very bright through the night, so bring an eye mask!

The property was nice, easy to locate and within good distance from the city.

Tina and Chauncey's place was beautiful!!! So clean and smelled so good! Entrance was behind a gate. Very private, and quiet. Beautiful patio area and backyard. Communication with Tina was great. Close to the things we wanted to do in Atlanta without staying in the "city". Great restaurants nearby. Easy check in and out. The bed was SO comfy. The welcome note she left for us was a great touch. 10/10 recommend!

Don't waste your time searching anymore because this is the BEST apt in the building. The view is gorgeous, and the bedroom is dark and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen amenities much, but the washer and dryer came in handy. The WiFi router needed rebooting when I first arrived, but it only took a few minutes for someone with a key to the closet to show up and fix it. Best of all, the host is SUPER responsive, and will send you lots of videos on how to navigate their building before you arrive.

Monique did a great job making her guests feel welcome. The space was clean and had a very refreshing smell once you entered. Great location. Nice lounging area outside near the pool. Oh and she provides the best snacks. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Lauryn was very helpful and responsive. Each time I had a question, she responded right away. She responded immediately when I had trouble unlocking the door and provided the solution to the issue I was having.

Nice place, very clean and modern. Getting inside was a bit tricky. Have to change floors and get on different elevators twice to get to the apartment. Front lobby was kinda weird, very empty with a busted big screen tv just sitting there on the floor. From the apartment you have a direct view of the freeway and can hear all the traffic and sirens very loudly. Lots of homeless people around the area, but that’s just downtown. Marcus was a good host tho, we had everything we needed. Walking distance to the aquarium, coke world and the arena. Overall good stay.

A peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Very private, very quiet, and very comfortable. And, most importantly, VERY safe. With the full kitchen, I was able to keep my travel costs down and cook my own food, and since there's both a Whole Foods and a Kroger within .25 miles, shopping for groceries was fast and easy. Check-in was easy, and each day I loved waking up and being able to sit outside on the porch and enjoy my breakfast and tea. The Beltline was so close that it was like it was in my backyard, which made for beautiful walks every day and easy morning runs. The only issue I had was that the address is hard for Uber drivers to find because maps apps mark the location as the BACK of the property (which isn't recognizable from the pictures). After a few wandering drives with frustrated Uber drivers, I switched my desired location on the map to an address across the street from the front door. That cleared up the issue, and all was well with pickups and dropoffs going forward.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! There was a minor hiccup when we tried to check in, but Avanti was super responsive and promptly called us to assist us. We had a wonderful time and can’t recommend them enough!

We chose this place because of its location, residential and close to our family who was only two minutes away and who we were visiting. The street is quiet and residential and we could park the rented car without issues. Marcqui was very responsive and brought us down a couple of things that were missing. This basement studio is comfortable, however one can hear the steps and family from the upper floors (we hope they were not hearing the bad cough of my chronically ill husband!) All in all an artistically set studio with a good shower!

Lana was an amazing host! Very responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay just to make sure we had all of our requests met. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is very functional and the location could not be any better. The reserved parking was a huge plus! Very grateful to have spent time at this space and will look to rebook for recurring travel to ATL whenever possible! 5 Stars!

Our stay was perfect. Lovely walkable tree-lined neighborhood filled with birds. Close walk to neighborhood parks. Kathleen and her husband were warm and welcoming. The unit was perfect for our needs. More towel bars in bathroom would be good. And, a recycle bin in the unit would be helpful. All in all a great stay.

A lovely and quiet apartment- I enjoyed the privacy and hearing birdsong every morning. Stylishly decorated with everything a traveler could need. And the rooftop pool area is beautiful, wish I had more time to hang out there. I will definitely book again the time I am in town!

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Great location. A lot of restaurants near by and a Whole Foods. Walker friendly and near MARTA. Did need to drive once I arrived. Highly recommend.

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended

Family loved this place. The porches and setting were peaceful, the layout was great, movie room was fun and having a keyboard was a treat! Very clean and comfy comfy beds. It was home base while we explored. Closest to Ponce City Market and downtown stuff (WOCC, GA Aquarium) and about 20 minutes from other activities like Sloomoo, NOC Rafting, Stone Mountain. The communication from the management company is a little excessive IMO, but can understand others may appreciate that service. We would stay here again!
