This was one of the most tranquil stays we’ve ever had. I sat on the front porch drinking coffee and relaxing to the sound of rain drizzling through the tree limbs and birds singing. The place was very clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit one night and it was very nice. I don’t usually revisit the same place but we might be back to this one.

A wooden deck features a rustic table and benches, surrounded by tall trees and expansive mountain views. Soft lighting is provided by a wall-mounted fixture, enhancing the serene environment. The natural wood tones and large beams contribute to a cozy, secluded setting.

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend here and everything was wonderful. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of wood for the fire pit, s’mores sticks, towels for the hot tub. The view was worth the whole price. We played lots of pool and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Being able to take really great hikes from right out the front door was a plus as well. We are already planning a return trip!

Alan was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Everything was well stocked and clean. The game room was a hit with the kids and kept them entertained for hours. Absolutely loved the cabin and the property. It was a great very private location but not to far from restaurants or the outdoors. The cabin was the perfect home base for our fly fishing trip! Peggy & Kevin were amazing host, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and included some complimentary State Park pass (definitely useful with all the parks by) and goodies. 5 Star host for sure! I will definitely be back for my next fly fishing trip. Thank you for the hospitality and being amazing host. Ps: the honey they harvested was delicious well worth it.

We just got back from the most incredible stay at a cabin in Clayton, Georgia, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. The cabin sits up on a mountain with the most stunning views—I mean, every window looked like a postcard. It was peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to unwind and reset. The cabin itself was cozy and clean, with everything thoughtfully set up. You can tell someone really put care into making it feel like a retreat, not just a rental. We had great meals, played games, sat outside soaking in the view, and just enjoyed each other’s company. Even our daughter said it was one of her favorite trips ever. There was something special about this place that’s hard to put into words. It felt like time slowed down. I’ll always remember the early mornings with coffee on the deck, the mountain air, and the feeling of calm that settled in as soon as we got there. We’ll definitely be back. This cabin has a piece of our hearts now.
