Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fireplace to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge on the king size bed in the primary bedroom. The bike trails, golf, and lakes are all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Ride from the home on some of the best MTB trails in Northwest Arkansas and a short 1.8 miles to the OZ trails bike park. Bentonville Basecamp is spacious, homey, and unique. On the border of Bentonville + Bella Vista, you are close to trails, Crystal Bridges, hiking, shopping, and golfing.
