Vacation rentals with a home theater in Lake Washington

The stay at Joes was great. It’s quite the hike up the driveway since we cannot park down in the bottom but totally doable especially because he allows you to unpack at the bottom! We just happened to be there for a softball tournament so we had lots of gear to pack in and out. The ONLY thing I’d ask for is to put a mirror in each room, due to having only 1 bathroom and the mirrors available only in one room and not all 3 was a little difficult for the women in the house but we made it work. It was nice, quiet, clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend!

Wladimir is a very gracious host, great communication, not intrusive. It’s a beautiful little rental with a cute little patio. Easy to get in and out of very cute and well-kept.

Great location to travel to northern towns, Seattle and south areas. Nicely furnished in a modern style. Host very communicative.

Itala was super responsive, friendly and professional. She is a fantastic host! The apartment has a beautiful, expansive view of the city from a modern high rise building. The wide open view and floor to ceiling windows made it a comfortable space to hang out and I spent a few evenings there just relaxing or catching up on work. The apartment was squeaky clean, had all the mod cons and was adequately stocked with essentials. The internet speed was pretty fast as well. The area is ultra convenient. It’s in downtown with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and a 24 hour convenience store a couple of blocks away. Downtown can be a little noisy but the apartment’s high elevation and thick multi-layered windows made it virtually silent at night. I was on a business trip with colleagues who all stayed in cramped hotels or inconvenient locations. I felt like I had the best space out of the entire group and I’ll happily book with Itala again the next time I’m in Seattle.

Beautiful home, especially the backyard and the views from the living room. We brought our dog so the fenced-in yard came in handy. As other reviewers mentioned, the street is very steep and the driveway is narrow. We really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at this house for a longer duration while relocating to the area and it was phenomenal! The views are beautiful and the walking trail around the estuary (immediately behind the house) is lovely and peaceful, and connects to a small park. Great safe yard for pets. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I needed to do some work from home and this house is great for that with spare monitors and workspaces, and wifi worked well. Tessa was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my longer stay, a great host. Checkout was simple with no excessive tasks to complete. One of the best Airbnb stays I've had, and would very gladly stay again!

I really enjoyed staying here. I got to meet up with my daughters for graduation and have some family time together since we live in different states. Absolutely beautiful property and a wonderful place to hang outside. I highly recommend staying here. It was stocked full of amenities and things you would want to have. Only thing it was missing was a working grill & AC. There was already one tower fan which helped and I bought another one to make it cool enough to sleep. Ended up using the air fryer instead of grilling and it all worked out well. The dining table is perfect to play board games (bring your own) in, the hot tub is really nice in the evening to unwind. You are absolutely going to love your stay in this beautiful home and property. Waking up to hearing the birds chirp was the highlight! I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on their fuchsia plant and making s’mores in their fire pit with my kids. We absolutely loved the patio and the projector room was really cool too!

Beautiful house, very roomy, great place to get together with friends or family. Alex responded to questions I asked during our stay. Would definitely stay agin. The private dock was great!
