Great overall experience!

Very nice place. Didn't stay long but enjoyed the overnight.

A really beautiful place to stay while visiting the north shore. Easy to find, clean, comfortable, and such a nice view from the hostel. The view of the stars at night is fantastic as well. It was pretty snowy while visiting and the driveway and parking area were plowed wonderfully. I'd stay in this cozy hostel again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place to stay. Price was what we were looking for. Location worked out great for everything we wanted to do in the area. The hosts were excellent. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay near Grand Marais. Caters to outdoor enthusiasts in one of the most beautiful regions of MN. Nice accommodations and a serene setting for a hostel - worked perfectly for an overnight stay.

Cost stay with a great view of Lake Superior and a fun farm atmosphere. We will be back for sure

Always have enjoyed staying here. It's clean, affordable, and has a beautiful view. If you are sensitive to noise then bring a white noise device (or play white noise on YouTube on your phone like I do).

I came super late but I was still welcomed with open arms!! The host came and met me and made sure I found everything ok. How could you not feel cared for and safe?? Amazing and friendly welcoming, very cool space, super clean room/bathrooms. Oh and I loved that they had a fan near my bed, life saver. Would love to come and definitely stay there again!

this is my second time staying there and they're always super warm and welcoming. it's a wonderful location only about a 10 minute walk to canal park which is hard to beat for the price and they're dog friendly.

It was a great little place and deserves a go if you want somewhere to stay. Much much better than a hotel. Hosts were so friendly and such a great vibe. It would have been fun to stay a week and really get a feel for the hostel experience here. The area wasn’t a great area and I didn’t feel safe being outside, but once inside I felt 100% safe. The room was very nice, very roomy. We had 7 (5 kids) and could fit our playpen in the room and the lockers were nice too. The bunks were so cool. Very clean as well.

wonderful friendly and helpful staff -- every step of the way. lots of character and little touches that make the experience so much more. would highly recommend- great stay.
