Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!

We finished construction of this new basement apartment in September, 2021. It has WiFi, a keypad private entry, a 75 inch Roku TV with extra speakers and subwoofer, brand new comfy furniture, adjustable heating and cooling, kitchen, and patio with outdoor gas fire and laundry room.
