The 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the center. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning bath. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjoining o f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you can always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Other mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge (without an icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked at the in-house yard. The bus usually runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden are welcome to use by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with you after consultation and consent of the landlords.

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

A lovely cottage with a thatched roof. The former coachman's house is located on the grounds of the Niendorf estate. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view of the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. Free parking for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the remise. For additional people, guest rooms with bathroom/pantry can be booked.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
