Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. 2nd floor condo. Great location near Lake Ray Hubbard. The community is next to Lake Ray Hubbard. This unit is not. View from balcony. Restaurants and shopping close by. Easy access to major freeways I-30, 635, and George Bush. All are nearby. Upstairs condo offers parking right in front of stairs front or back to private balcony that provides a distant lake view. These budget friendly condos were built in the ‘80s and most have been updated.
