This unique and peaceful home makes it easy to enjoy both a work traveler and a vacationer. The apartment is located on the first floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground floor. The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed balcony, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. Heating fireplace parking space right next to the front door. In the yard, you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50 m, to the beach approx. 150 m. You took the outdoors right at the door.

Shower and water toilet in the cottage. A small canopy with a beach deck, a gas grill, and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, a hot tub and a terrace with a stunning evening sun. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. The plot is calm and protected by the tree from neighbors. No pets.

Spacious hand-carved log cabin by a clear-water lake. A sandy-based good beach that's wonderfully deepening and safe for children. We have a private pier. The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rental. Outdoor toilet is composting. There's a rowing boat and fishing gear. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature travel destinations like national parks are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. This beautiful and spacious holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä, which is the center of WRC Finland event, and even closer to some of the rally stages. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. Also the popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
