House vacation rentals in Lake Oconee

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This is the best house to stay for your lake vacation! We had the most amazing time at this lake house with our family and kids! This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back next year! The home was very spacious, great for kids, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, peaceful and relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped to make any meal or dish. There are endless activities from the swimming pool to the fire pit, the corn hole, indoor games and lakeside swimming and boating fun! It is located in a great neighborhood with no traffic! The lake views were absolutely stunning and so many places to sit and relax both inside and out! The host is extremely responsive and accommodating and answered any question within minutes! She made the entire stay a breeze. Truly a 5-star experience. We can't wait to come back!

My family and I spent a week at Scott’s place and it was perfect. Scott’s home is one of my favorite type of Airbnbs, where you feel like you are staying at a friend or family’s house - Extremely welcoming, cozy, safe, peaceful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Secluded enough, but easy to find and close to grocery, etc. The property itself is well maintained and beautiful! We were lucky to see a few deer, bunnies and even meet a sweet neighbor’s dog. We had a small group but the house has plenty of room and would be a great fit for a larger group. Scott is a kind host and made us feel right at home. We definitely will be back!

Dana is an amazing host. This property is truly a hidden gem. To wake up to a lake in the back yard and families of deer strolling through without a care is a welcomed alternative to the hustle and bustle of regular life. I was born and raised in the area and live not to far away; however, we felt we were a world away from home. Dana reached out with so much great information about the house and the area. She knew our names and took care of all logistics for us. The home is gorgeous and spacious and smells amazing. The kitchen stocked well and we were in close proximity to everything. Our family fished steps from the back door. I want to keep this little piece of Heaven to myself but I know its best to share. Thanks Dana...we will be back!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space and was perfect for our needs. Having four full bathrooms was a huge bonus. Mary communicated very well and answered all of my questions. Mary also provided some great recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat. Would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing home right on the lake! My family of five, including 3 teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed staying on the lake. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. The open layout provided a great gathering place for us to wind down at the end of each day. The pool area was a nice place to relax on the 85 degree days. My youngest son spent everyday fishing off the dock and loved every minute. There were a couple of nice golf courses in the area that we visited as well. The home and area make for a great area to enjoy the outdoors! There is a Walmart super store only 15-20 mins away so everything you forgot is available nearby.

Yvette was a phenomenal host from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and helped my family even on a late night whim when our hotel had booked our room to someone else! While the night started out rough for us with that, Yvette was so accommodating and was able to give us a place to stay. I am grateful that she was there to open her home to us. The home is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! The beautiful serenity that is the backyard is so peaceful to just sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids played in the yard. We came for a wedding and the location is just a short 25 min to the Heartwood Acres venue! Sheets on the beds were extremely tidy and everything looks very well maintained. If I had any questions, Yvette was on top of it! If I should ever find myself staying in this quaint little town again, I would absolutely stay here! Thank you Yvette so much for everything!

Absolutely beautiful property and house! The bunk beds were unbelievably comfortable, plenty of toiletries were provided, the AC worked fantastic, and the floating pad was a nice touch. My group would return here without hesitation!

This was our second year at this property and we're already making plans to return next year. The house is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities, especially the open floor plan. The attention to detail (snacks and critter food) makes this experience so much more than just renting a house. With so many young children it's great to also have lots of porch space to keep from getting under each other's feet. One of the primary reasons this property works so well for us is the beach area. We have six young children who love the water so safety and access is paramount. The secluded shallow water and extra toys, like kayaks and water pad, are perfect for their playtime. We also loved the dock for boating and fishing. Each child was able to catch their own fish! We appreciate all of the effort that makes this property a very special vacation experience.

Great location on the lake & close to supermarkets, restaurants, & other shopping. Super convenient. The covered porch & covered dock were perfect if you wanted a break from the sun. The interior of the house was bright & up to date.

A lovely rental! Perfect for our group meeting to celebrate my daughter's graduation from GCSU. Publix close by to pick up the cake and flowers. Beds super comfy, open kitchen with everything needed, perfect for a graduation dinner. Very tastefully decorated. Beautiful lakeshore rental. Host Marliz very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!

I was searching for an AirBnB that’s spacious enough to host a group of 9 people, including two small kids and a 6-month old baby. “A Stone’s Throw” was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas Day with our two daughters and their family. Of all the AirBnBs I’ve stayed in, this one is absolutely the best! Carly and Stuart are excellent hosts!! They truly went the extra mile to make our visit an unforgettable experience. On the day of arrival we were pleasantly surprised with refreshments (even a bottle of Chardonnay) and a lovely “Thank You” note. The AirBnb is well-stocked with extra bath towels and toiletries in each bathroom. Everybody had a wonderful time, and are already talking about “when are we going back”! We will definitely rent a boat on our next visit. An A+ Airbnb!!! 😍

Staying here was absolutely worth it! Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable, but Brad and Alanna clearly put so much thought into every detail. The extras they provided — like the coffee, s’mores station, ice pops (which totally won over my daughter!), a detailed guest guide, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen — made the stay feel extra special. We truly felt at home thanks to their thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It was plenty of room for our crew of 9 and doggies. Some areas of the house could use some love, like the bathrooms, but overall great place and kind hosts. We loved our time on the boat, again spacious enough for the whole family!

Loved our stay at the Master’s cottage! The house is in a great location at Lake Oconee and is exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the house had everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable and we loved the huge sectional sofa and huge tv in the living area. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great to walk our dog around on the property. Thank you, Todd, for an excellent stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The pictures do not do it full justice. This is a truly spacious peaceful house made to house a lot of guests. The view is hard to beat. We truly enjoyed all the amenities especially the paddle board grill and lily pad. We felt at home the entire stay and wanted to come back again. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent place to stay, we had to run from Hurricane Milton so we booked this place rather short notice. Communication was great, everything was clean, the home and the property on the lake are just gorgeous.

Memories for a lifetime! Spent Easter weekend with extended family at this beautiful property. The views are unbeatable, especially sunrise. Everything was as described and Rina was extremely accommodating and responsive. Easy to find and plenty of space. Would stay here again!

The Bird House was beautiful! The view was spectacular and peaceful. The home is well appointed and has plenty to offer. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. barbecue grills, and the lake views. Eatenton is just 20 minutes away with several stores and restaurants!
