Cozy Private Bedroom: Wood Hidden Gem

A spacious house with four individually rented rooms. Each bathroom is shared between two rooms. We don't rent to groups with children. Central location, close to highways, restaurants, and a few local bars. 15 minutes to sea world, old town, balboa park and the zoo! Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The pool is available all year around (no hot tub available). Relax by the pool and enjoy a nice breeze and sunset in the San Diego weather :)
