This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. This brand-new cozy, modern cabin is ready for year-round fun! On Lake Ida, a premiere swimming, fishing and boating lake, the cabin offers superb views and direct access to the clear, sandy lake. Game room, bunk room and fire pit for maximum family fun. The property is great for multiple families, several couples, or for a group retreat to get away and relax! It's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - amazing linens, fast wifi, child gear and fully stocked kitchen.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun at the Lake! We have 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom as well as a bunk room with room for all the kids! In total, there are 11 beds including a king in the primary bedroom. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed and the bunk room has two twin over full bunks as well all in climate conditioned space to comfortably enjoy yourself while at beautiful Lake Miltona!
