Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Meade

We were looking for a cabin that was private and updated and this property did not disappoint. We had no neighbors and the property was immaculate. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Quaint area approximately 30 mins from Raystown Lake, with many wineries in the area, Brookmere Winery and Vineyard Inn being our favorite. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire-pit and hot tub. I would highly recommend this cabin. Our host Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. 5 stars all the way!!!

This property was amazing. It was even better in person than the pics show. We loved every moment here during our week-long stay from Florida. It has the perfect Pennsylvania woods scenery and is so peaceful with the stream running right through it. Eric was super prompt with any of my questions. We used the hot tub practically everyday, we enjoyed the fire pit, lounging on the porch and walking around. My kids (6&8) absolutely loved playing in the stream and of course making s’mores. The inside of the cabin was impeccably clean and cozy. There were plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable and felt new. Everything we needed in a kitchen was available. I would stay here again and again.

We had a really lovely cabin trip here! It is rare to find an Airbnb where the place is even nicer in person than in the pictures, but this one exceeded expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had 6 people in our group, which included a 5 year old. Everyone had enough room to spread out and the kid loved the game room, upstairs playroom and player outside. We are going to miss coffee and wine out in the screened in porch morning/night. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

Nice cabin for a family getaway. Although not modern, it was decorated like a Cracker Barrel, which is homey for most people. Lots of space, and had plenty of games .

Thought I should only give 1 star for how the place was described. The pictures didn't do the house justice, it was much nicer than I expected! The kitchen was great and connected to the living room so preparing dinner we were not excluded from the group. The location was secluded and peaceful for relaxing in the hot tub. Really close to Gettysburg for enjoying the history. Thanks for a great place for the weekend.

The cabin was spacious and well-kept with modern amenities. Well stocked with everything we forgot to bring. Beautiful outdoor space. We had an outdoor fire at night and sat on the porch in the sun in the morning. Located close to the hike and mountain biking we had plan. We will definitely go back and found the peace and quiet we were looking for.

I surprised my husband with this trip with our son, nephews and brother in law for a birthday guys weekend. They were so happy with everything! My husband said it was the best weekend! Such a beautiful place! They didn’t have one complaint. Loved the set up and fishing and scenery! I’m so thankful they got this experience! My husband definitely wants to go back!

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway, More than enough space to make nice dinners. The cabin itself Is very beautiful a 10/10 stay.

Loved staying at this sweet little cabin! It was a little smaller than expected but the coziest cutest thing ever! I agree with Heather that this place is best suited for older kiddos and adults, loads of cute decorations and the loft could really trip someone up if they weren’t careful! It was such a peaceful, private place and it really felt like we were in a cabin to ourselves despite being in a neighborhood! Super close to a bunch of amazing wineries, hiking, and downtown Frederick, it was perfect! Thank you Heather!!

Todd’s place was all that we hoped for and more! If you’re looking for an off-grid, relaxing, retreat in nature, choose this place. The home was perfectly accommodating for anything we needed and it was amazing to unplug from our phones and the world around us. Brought 3 dogs and they were able to roam and explore freely. It was truly relaxing and peaceful!

Our one-night birthday getaway was pleasant, private. We appreciated the strong shower water pressure after a long hike nearby and empty fridge to keep our snacks and drinks in. The window ac unit was able to keep us cool. The view from the back was awesome and we were grateful that Brittany responded so quickly allowing us to check-out a little bit late. Would stay again!

We loved staying here with our teen daughter and dog for the Thanksgiving weekend. It's so peaceful and private. There was a walking trail along the creek for the dog (and us). The cabin was very tidy and warm. The hosts were very quick to respond when we reached out to them. If you have littles you'll love that all the beds are in one room. My daughter did not like this haha so she decided to sleep out on the couch (didn't use the pullout) and found it to be very comfortable without the snoring parents! You will love this place!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very relaxing, beautiful cottage and east, smooth communication. It was perfect for our four person retreat weekend.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We had a wonderful time watching the snow and wildlife through the windows while staying cozy by the fire. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely go for a restful retreat again.

This was our second time visiting Mark's cabin and it was wonderful!! The cabin is cozy and there were lots of blankets which was really helpful for the evenings and mornings that were a little chillier than I had planned for. The coloring books, art supplies and games were much appreciated by our children and the goats are always so fun to visit with. Mark responds right away and is very helpful and friendly. We felt at home especially on our return visit. We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect cabin retreat for our family. Beautiful area and close enough to town for easy grocery shopping but private and peaceful.

Stayed 2 nights on a weekend taking in 2 family reunions in the area. This place is fabulous. Beautiful cabin. Comfy beds and couches to lounge in. Warm welcome with delicious homemade cookies. Loved all the little lights and decorations. And lots more that we didn't get to experience. Our only disappointment was that our time was so taken up with events that we had very little time to chill out and enjoy the cabin. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely try to stay here when we are in the area again.

An incredible stay! Susan was so helpful and kind the area was the perfect place to relax, connect with nature and enjoy a quaint cute town with plenty of local charm. Beautiful Airbnb in an area rich with nature and history.

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

Our stay checked all the boxes! Very nice home, easy access, very comfortable, fun for the family, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Sharon is extremely responsive and our family really enjoyed the stay and felt safe. Couldn't ask for more! We will definitely be looking forward to staying again.

Stayed here in 2019 and again this week. Beautiful as ever, quaint and clean. My only criticism is the lights in the yard were not working and there was not a bulb in the back porch light so it was pitch black at night which made the outdoor area not as enjoyable as it could’ve been at night. Otherwise our stay was great.
