This 3 bedroom 3 bath is spacious and comfortably sleeps eight (8) with a king, queen, full, and a set of bunk beds (for kids). The dining area accommodates ten (10) seats and the living area has a 65” mounted television. If the lake is not enough, condominium has community pool with fun slide. Just 30 minutes away from Auburn, Alabama.

North Lake Condo Club is located just off HWY 280 in Alexander City, AL. Freshly painted with all new furnishings, TVs in every room, including the patio. This unit is one of the largest in the complex. Beautiful views of the lake in all bedrooms! Located on the 1st floor. Take the elevator or walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lake & boat slip. There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

Beautiful, completely renovated "lakehouse chic" condo on Lake Martin. All new furnishings and bedding with big water views and the best sunsets on the lake! Large enough for 2 families or large extended family. 4 bedrooms/3 full baths. 2 are Master suites, one is a large loft room with a King and 2 Queens and a 4th bedroom has 2 twins that can be made into a King. Sleeps 12 in beds! Perfect central location on Lake Martin. 2 large lakefront pools and deep water boat dock.

This condo has a year round boat slip. Come and relax and enjoy! We love it here and so will you !
