The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Enjoy a kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious food. NO HOT WATER

Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. The SOHO

The SOHO, in Managua, is small but beautiful, designed for your comfort and spiritual tranquility. Designed to accommodate two people, it has the essentials to make your stay more pleasant: air conditioning, a separate bathroom with hot water, a queen size bed, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a TV, and a coffee maker. And if you need anything else, we'll get it for you. Of course, it has a separate entrance, parking in front of the door, and 24-hour private surveillance.
