Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Maggiore

Es war so traumhaft schön in der Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Patrizia ist die liebevollste Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg mit dem Jeep zur Unterkunft ist ganz schön kurvig und turbulent, daher würde ich eher empfehlen hochzulaufen. Der Weg zu Fuß ist wunderschön:) Es ist die perfekte Unterkunft wenn man einen schönen Blick haben möchte und wandern gehen will:)

Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum entspannen. Ein sehr schmuckes Häuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Ausflüge.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

Es war genau das Richtige für eine kleine Auszeit. Ich konnte super auftanken; die Umgebung und das Haus waren ein Traum. Ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Andy war stets sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, danke für alles. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder - nächstes Mal auch mit meiner Familie.

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das schöne war: Unsere Hunde waren ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer waren vom Platz gerade ausreichend, aber der Garten ist riesengross und der eigene Swimming Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die grosse Outdoor-Küche ist perfekt zum Grillieren, Kochen und Beisammensein. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort weiterempfehlen und überlegen uns jetzt schon, wann wir wieder hinfahren werden :)

Quanto si può essere scollegati dalla natura? Grazie a Luciano siamo riusciti a capirlo. Stare nel suo alloggio è stata l’occasione perfetta per riavvicinarsi al verde, la vita animale, il silenzio, il fresco del mattino. Percorrere il sentiero per raggiungere la baita è come vivere una fiaba magica. Il luogo è ordinato ed estremamente pulito. Luciano è gentile e disponibile. Il suo compagno di avventura, Olèo, un bel cagnolone simpaticissimo. Io e la mia compagna avevamo bisogno di staccarci dal rumore e la frenesia della città. E la Baita nel Bosco si è rivelato il luogo ideale. Siamo stati solo due notti, ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Questa volta per più tempo. Grazie mille Luciano. La tua vita e la tua storia sono un esempio per tutti. A presto.

Het verblijf bij Devid en Fabio was heerlijk. Het huisje is smaakvol en modern ingericht, de bedden liggen lekker. Er is een fijne regendouche en de keuken bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Maar, het mooiste is toch wel het uitzicht op het Comomeer. Wat een prachtig panorama dat elke dag weer een beetje anders is. In het rode boek hebben Devid en Fabio veel praktische informatie en ideeën voor excursies verzameld, wij hebben er een aantal bezocht: zonder uitzondering geslaagd. Daarnaast heeft Devid ons ons allerlei goede adviezen gegeven en ons goed begeleid in het proces van aankomen en vertrek. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Hartelijk dank daarvoor.

Dieses schöne Ferienhäuschen ist in wunderbarer Lage im Wald und es hat uns sehr gefallen, dort in der Natur in einfachen Verhältnissen zu wohnen. Wir haben uns teilweise wie im Märchenland gefühlt. Unter der Woche war es sehr ruhig im Dorf, m Wochenende sind, wie beschrieben, einige Renovierungsarbeiten bei den Nachbarn passiert. Die Gegend ist traumhaft zum Wandern und Ausflüge an den See oder in den Val Grande Nationalpark zu unternehmen. Die Gastgeber Adolfo und Christina sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg lohnt sich.

il posto è INCANTEVOLE; sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo, anzi, di fermarne per un pò la corsa frenetica di questi giorni caotici e difficili. La baita è perfettamente in ordine con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno sereno. Un grazie particolare alla signora Maggiorina per l'accoglienza, i consigli e le storie sull'alpeggio.

Ein Rustico mit top Qualität. Nichts zu viel und auch nichts zu wenig. Geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Wir haben uns SUPER wohl gefühlt. Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz ....... aber wir kommen 100 % wieder. Bravo Fabio!

Laura war sehr zuvorkommend und hat schnrll auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kurzfristige habe ich auch noch eine Freundin mit ihrem Hund zur Buchung zufügen dürfen. Als wir ankamen merkten wir, dass es keine 2 Einzelzimmer gab, was uns aus Dauer jedoch zu eng wurde. Laura hat ohne zu zögern den Aufpreis zurück erstattet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See von Mergozzo und auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit geweldige fijne boshuis. Paola en Aldo zijn vrolijk, gastvrij en zeer behulpzaam. Paola kwam de lekkerste gnocchi, pasta en lokale koekjes brengen en vertelde hoe we mbv de verse kruiden in de tuin het beste pasta recept konden maken. Bovendien kwam Paola de haard voor ons aanmaken! En altijd met een lach en grapjes. Paola spreekt haar talen! Wij niet, maar mbv Paola’s inzet hebben we enkele Italiaanse woorden geleerd. Alora.. madaai … We bevelen deze prachtige, rustige plek van harte aan. De omgeving leent zich voor veel tripjes en oneindig veel mooie wandelingen van makkelijk tot uitdagend. Plekje zit in ons hart.

We had a great stay at Renata's chalet. The house is lovely, very very clean, everything seems new and is well kept. It was cozy and warm. Views from the balcony are fantastic. The house fits well 5 people, 2 in the top bedroom, 1 in the single room, and 2 on the couch in the living room. The location worked out perfectly for us. The house is about half way between the ski resorts of Macugnaga and Domobianca. The first day we went to Macugnaga, which is a lovely town but had icy slopes on that specific time. The next day we opted then for Domobianca, which had instead beautiful snow at that time. All in all, a beautiful stay - great also for those that like walking in nature rather than skiing (there are paths starting right from the house). Also worth mentioning a great restaurant that makes excellent pizza 10 minutes away by car, called "Concordia".

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön im Valle di Mello und für die Kinder ist die Umgebung super zum Spielen.

Il Picchio is a beautiful chalet. Comfortable beds for 7. Excellent shower. Spacious living room. Francesca is the perfect host: made great suggestions of restaurants, festivals and even a hiking guide! You have to hike Alpe Veglia! Stunning. Lake Orta is a beautiful lake and Orta San Giulio is a gem of a lakeside village. We highly recommend Il Picchio. We will be back!

Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

Je n'ai pas envie de dire du bien de ce logement de peur de ne plus avoir de places pour l'année prochaine 😁. Vous l'avez compris, c'est un excellent logement mais surtout des hôtes supers sympas. Le cadre est idyllique, situé à distance égale du Lago di Lugano et du Lago di Como. Une voiture rehaussée est bien utile pour passer le chemin pavé. Le logement de Claudia et Luca a tout le nécessaire pour passer un moment en famille et décompresser. Claudia et Luca sont des hôtes très attentionnés qui répondent à toutes nos questions rapidement. ( Cela m'a été utile suite à un problème de voiture). Les chevaux ont été un plus pour ma fille qui a été ravie de pouvoir s'en occuper avec Claudia. Je recommande ce logement grandement à toute personne qui cherche le calme, des paysages magnifiques, des hôtes géniaux, et situé à 20min des grands lacs italiens. Que demander de plus? 😉

The place is wonderful in all aspects. Fortunately, we have tire chains and are experienced with driving on small mountain roads in the winter. So, we could make the 15 minute climb/decent from/to Varzo village. We somehow assumed, and perhaps missed the communication that the cabin is not in Varzo. It is in a very peaceful and beautiful alpine area above Varzo. The Internet did not work, which was a blessing -- as the location beckoned peace and enjoyment of creation, not screens.

La casa è in una posizione perfetta, tranquilla, vicino a molte passeggiate,a piedi si raggiungono molti posti veramente bello come gli orridi. Gli interni della casa tutti in legno sono molto belli. Se amate la tranquillità è il posto perfetto. Ho' avuto bisogno di Alberto per informazioni ed è stato pronto e preciso. Abbiamo passato una vacanza tranquilla e molto rilassante. Consigliatissimo.
